Volunteers from Master Gardener (MG) groups from all over Alabama work the phone lines answering questions about topics ranging from vegetable gardens to lawns and trees.
Since 2006, the Helpline connects callers with a knowledgeable team of MGs who are armed with ACES research and information. These volunteers can also contact specialists to find the answers you need. The Helpline fields approximately 20,000 calls annually.
